Project spotlight

A roof with heavy mold damage.

The mold had damaged the decking and rafters. Here’s what the job involved:

The roof was completely re-sheeted with new decking.
The rafters were sprayed.
Baffles and soffit vents were added for better airflow.
We worked with the homeowner to clean out the old insulation and re-insulate the attic.
