A new roof is more than new shingles. DripRite replaces the whole system — from the decking up — so what you can’t see is as solid as what you can.

How a DripRite replacement works
Every full replacement is built in layers. Each layer has a job — skipping one is how roofs fail early.
Call or send the form. We look at the roof and give you a straight answer — free.
The old roofing comes off so the decking underneath can be seen and checked, not covered over.
Soft, rotted or mold-damaged sheathing is replaced so the new roof is fastened to something solid.
Synthetic underlayment across the deck, with ice & water shield where water and ice back up.
New flashing at chimneys and walls, new pipe boots, and roof vents for a breathing attic.
The finished roof, installed over a deck and underlayment that are ready for it.
What’s underneath matters
Shingles are only as good as the wood they’re nailed to. Once the old roof is off, damaged decking gets replaced — or the whole roof is re-sheeted when that’s what it needs.
From one of our jobs: a roof with heavy mold damage was completely re-sheeted. The rafters were sprayed, baffles and soffit vents were added for better airflow, and we worked with the homeowner to clean out the old insulation and re-insulate the attic.
Trapped, damp attic air is a common cause of mold on rafters and of ice building up at the eaves in a Michigan winter. A replacement is the best time to fix it: baffles keep insulation clear of the soffits, soffit vents let air in, and ridge or roof vents let it out.

These guys are great! Fast and knowledgeable. I had them come out and put my aluminum siding back on my house and repair my roof from the last storm. I am extremely happy with the results. I will recommend to family and friends. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed.

We had a very positive experience with DripRite. They were professional and responsive. We got a quote one day and had a new roof the following week. Best of all, the crew we hired was the one who actually showed up and did the work- no random subcontractors who couldn’t care less if my roof leaks. It gave us real peace of mind knowing Ben and his team were accountable for the work from start to finish. They did the job right, stayed on schedule, and charged a fair price. What more could one ask for? Oh and did I mention the roof looks great. I highly recommend DripRite for peace of mind and would definitely go with them again.

Ben was fast, professional and reliable. He showed up within minutes of my first telephone call. He looked at my roof and started the quote measurements the next day. He started the job within the week and finished the job in two days. It wasn’t an easy roof and it was a narrow lot they worked from dawn to dusk, quality work. I think my yard was cleaner when they left than before they started. I would highly recommend them. A very fair price for all the work that was done.

Called this morning and the repair was done by 3:00pm. Was told there are fewer nails needing attention so knocked $100 off the job. That my friend is honesty.
Will definitely hire them again when needed. Thanks Ben. Thanks Gabe

Ben did a great job, our roof is from the 1930’s and needed a little extra care to bring it back.

Repair or replace?
Not every problem needs a new roof. We’ll tell you honestly whether a repair will do.
One leak is usually a repair. Several at once can point to a roof that’s worn out across the board.
A spongy feel or a visible dip can mean the decking underneath has rotted.
Dark staining on rafters or sheathing usually means moisture and poor airflow.
Shingles losing granules, curling or blowing off are no longer shedding water the way they should.
