Roof & leak repair, tracked to the source.

Water stains, drips and missing shingles. Call and tell us what’s going on — estimates are free.

Find where the water actually gets in.

Water travels. The stain on your ceiling is often a few feet — sometimes a lot more — from where water gets through the roof.

That’s why a good leak repair starts on the roof and in the attic, not just over the stain. We track leaks down and take care of them, including roofs with more than one leak going on at the same time.

Where roof leaks usually start

  • Pipe boots — the rubber collar around plumbing vents cracks and lets water run down the pipe.
  • Chimney and wall flashing — metal that’s loose, rusted or was never sealed right.
  • Roof vents — damaged vents or worn seals around them.
  • Damaged or missing shingles — after wind, or simply from age.
  • Ice at the eaves — in winter, ice can hold back meltwater and push it under shingles.

“I appreciate you guys coming out and taking care of multiple roof leaks i had going on, especially on labor day! Will definitely be keeping you guys around for any of my future needs and spreading the word to others, keep up the hard work!”

New chimney flashing and pipe boots are part of our roof repairs and replacements.

An honest answer either way.

Many problems are a repair. When the decking is soft, leaks are showing up in several places, or the shingles are worn out across the roof, a full replacement may be the better spend.

Tear-off to finished shingles — new decking where it’s needed, underlayment and ice & water shield, flashing, vents and new shingles.

When the decking under the shingles is damaged, it gets replaced. On one job with heavy mold damage, we completely sheeted the roof.

Baffles, soffit vents and ridge vents for better airflow — and, where mold has done damage, sprayed rafters, new sheathing and re-insulation.
